Could hard water be affecting my skin?
Hard water contains calcium and magnesium. These can interact with cleansing products and contribute to residue, which may leave skin feeling dry or uncomfortable. Your postcode gives you a regional starting point; it does not establish the cause of a skin concern.
Why does my skin feel tight after cleansing?
Cleansing can leave skin short of moisture, and your cleanser, water and environment can all play a part. Ingredients chosen to support moisture retention and comfort can help you build a gentler-feeling routine.
How does Ectoin help?
Ectoin supports skin comfort and helps reduce moisture loss under environmental stress. We selected a formula containing 2% Ectoin to put that protective care at the centre of your daily reset.
What does Niacinamide do?
Niacinamide supports the moisture barrier and helps improve the appearance of uneven tone, dullness and visible pores. Our selected formula contains 2%.
Will this help dehydrated-looking skin?
Hyaluronic Acid and Glycerin attract and retain moisture, helping skin look smoother and plumper and feel more supple. Ectoin complements that hydration by helping limit moisture loss.
Do I need to change my existing skincare routine?
The Mineral Reset is a specialist leave-on serum selected for hydration, skin comfort and barrier support. It is intended to complement your existing routine, used after cleansing and before moisturiser. No complicated new ritual is needed. Full application directions will accompany launch.
Is this a cleanser or exfoliator?
It is a leave-on facial serum focused on hydration, barrier support, comfort and radiance. It does not replace your cleanser. Mineral removal is not an established benefit of the selected formula.
Why should I check my postcode?

Why hydration requires more than moisture
Attracting moisture is one part of the picture; helping skin retain it matters too. Hyaluronic Acid and Glycerin attract moisture, Ectoin supports hydration and helps protect against moisture loss, while Niacinamide contributes to barrier support.
Why concentration and formulation balance matter
Higher concentrations aren’t automatically better. A considered formulation balances ingredient compatibility, concentration and pH with its intended use. Our selected formula contains 2% Ectoin and 2% Niacinamide, alongside Hyaluronic Acid and Glycerin.
